How much does it cost to sell on LaGanga?
Applying is free. You only pay when you sell.
When and how do I get paid?
You get paid in Bs or USD, straight to your account.
What do I need to apply?
Be 18 or older, have a valid ID, a bank account in your name and physical products you can ship within Venezuela.
How long does verification take?
We'll message you on WhatsApp once your store is approved or if we need more details.
Do I need live-selling experience?
No. The app walks you through creating your show and going live from your phone. If you already sell on Instagram or TikTok, you're halfway there.
What can I sell?
New or used physical products in good condition: fashion, sneakers, electronics, beauty, home, gaming, collectibles and more. Items banned by the Terms or by law are not allowed.
Can I only sell by auction?
No. You can auction or sell at a fixed price, during the live and in your in-app store.
How does shipping work?
You ship the product to the buyer within Venezuela and mark the order as shipped in the app. The buyer confirms on delivery.
What if a buyer doesn't pay?
Buyers pay inside the app before you ship. If they don't pay in time, the order doesn't move forward and you don't ship anything.
Can I import my Shopify inventory?
Yes. From your seller dashboard you can connect your Shopify store to bring in your products.
