How do I bid in a live?
Complete buyer verification, join the live and tap Bid when you see an active item.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments via Stripe. Go to Payments & shipping in your account to add or change your card.
How do I sell on LaGanga?
Set up your seller profile and start a live from the Sell tab in the app.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Subscriptions (LaGanga+ and Seller Pro) are managed from your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
